Mumbai Man Drowns Trying To Save A Girl Who Fell Off A Cliff Into The Sea While Taking Selfies

A 20-year-old college girl drowned at Bandra Bandstand on Saturday. She is believed to have been swept away in the high tide.

On seeing the incident, a youth who was standing nearby too jumped into the sea.
When the incident occurred the girl along with her two friends (all girls aged around 19 and 20) have gone to take a stroll. The Bandra police and the fire brigade had reached the spot and tried saving the victims.

Ameesha Patel started her career with two blockbusters Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai and Gadar - Ek Prem Katha for which she also got praises. The actress turned producer, says that her decade long journey in Bollywood has not been easy. Model turned actress Pooja Batra made her debut in the film industry with movie Viraasat playing a role opposite Anil Kapoor. Later she also appeared in comedy flick Haseena Maan Jayegi playing Sanjay Dutt’s love interest.

However, these movies were a success but it could not give any height to her career and she soon disappeared from the scene. But now we hear that Pooja is back to Bollywood and was seen onscreen in Sagar Ballary's comedy film Tusshar Kapoor and Shreyas Talpade starrer Hum Tum Shabana.

Pooja, who played herself in the movie, was seen in a scene where she is judging a beauty pageant along with director Madhur Bhandarkar.

Talking to the sources, Pooja says that she played the character of herself in the movie. As Pooja Batra, she judges a pageant to choose the next Miss India.
