'Joker' is being shot in Chandigarh for a while now, and the movie starring Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha has been in the news constantly.

 Being directed by Shirish Kunder, there were talks that Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan would be making a special appearance together in this flick. It was touted that they would do a special dance number for it.

With Katrina having been the main lead for Farah Khan's 'Tees Maar Khan' and with her 'Sheila Ki Jawani' number having become a craze, news spread like rapid fire that Shirish and wife Farah were keen that Kat make an appearance in 'Joker'.

Also, Farah Khan's close proximity to Salman (they are good friends) is well known. And the potential of Salman being a part of this venture isn't too far-fetched either.

The world now believes that Salman and Katrina will groove to a song together in 'Joker'. However, sources close to the actress say that the above news is just speculation.

We are told, "Since Farah is close to both Katrina and Salman, people are assuming that she'll approach the two for a song. Nothing has come forth yet.

As of the moment, Katrina isn't dancing with Salman to any number in 'Joker'."

Regardless of their personal relationship, Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif will be pairing up again.

They will come together in Joker, where they will shake a leg with Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha in a specially choreographed song and dance sequence.

Though both are yet to sign on the dotted line, sources claim that it is a mere formality. The song will be picturised post monsoons, once the principle shooting of Joker is wrapped up.

"Joker is a big film and to substantiate the hype it is generating, it was obvious that there were more added attractions to it," said a source. 

"The makers always had a place for a highlight song and dance sequence in the film. While Akshay and Sonakshi, the main leads in the film, obviously feature in the song, Shirish wanted to spice it up further. This is where he thought of Salman and Katrina."

This would perhaps be the first time ever that two top superstars have been roped in for a guest appearance in an item number.

According to the fresh reports from the B-town, Now, Zarine Khan is all set to woo the masses through her sizzling dance number with Salman Khan in his upcoming film ‘Ready’.

This will be quite interesting to see, Veer actress doing an item song, and that too with Salman Khan.

Yes, Zarine, who is better known as Katrina Kaif’s look-alike, is on board for Ready. Although, the actress played a comedy role in the film, but still she is happy to work with the bad boy of the industry, and is super excited about the song.

She has reportedly practiced for a week to shoot the fun dance sequence with the Dabangg Khan.

Salman is also the reason why she signed Ready which stars Asin in main lead.

While talking to media, she said, “I look up to Salman and he has been a great help and guiding force in my career. Whatever I am today in movies is because of him.”

The song is shot exclusively in Bangkok with many dancers and two choreographers. Zarine can’t wait to see how people react to her dancing in the song.
